At last, we reach our third and final section of the March Wellness series! If you have been checking in over the last month then you know there were 2 previous post on The Mind and The Body. We are closing out the third week with Spirit because I believe you need all three to have some balance and peace.
In the updated workbook (you can download below), you will find details on how to fill in the Wellness Wheel, Thought Process questions, activities to incorporate in your spiritual practice, and some suggestions for the optional section of the Wellness Wheel.

We also discuss what "The Ego" is and how to distinguish the ego from your intuition. If you find that you need more clarity on "The Ego", then I recommend a few books from Gabrielle Bernstein! The first books I read of hers were Spirit Junkie & The Universe Has Your Back and they really taught me about what the ego is, how to handle the ego, and how to gain peace when I feel like I am spiraling or overwhelmed. Gabrielle provides so many great resources on her site and social medias. Her books provided me with a lot of peace in a rough patch in my life. For more resources check out her site HERE.

Another great resource is Soul Coach Rha Goddess's Book The Calling! I have not read this one yet but it comes highly recommended and it is on my list of books to read! She also provides a ton excellent services and resources on her site which can be found HERE.

Another recommendation would be Rebecca Campbell's Light is the New Black. This was an excellent way to work through darkness and find light in life. I also read Rise Sister Rise and really liked that one as well! She too has great resources for meditations and courses! For ore resources she provides, visit her site HERE.

These are just a few great resources to help you get started on your own spiritual journey. Maybe you don't even need a journey but just a reminder or refresher. Either way, it's yours to make whatever you need! I hope that this mini series for wellness has been helpful and inspires you to take care of yourself on the next level. I know creating this workbook has forced me to do check-ins with myself and make sure I made adjustments because I can't ask you to do something I am incapable of doing. We're in this together!
With that being said, I hope you had a chance to check out the Spring newsletter and see why my current word crush is Translucent! It's all about the light and shading some on others in a time of need. Keep yourself well, stay safe, and use your best judgement!
Take care loves!
With Love,
Micole Elise
