March is Spiritual Wellness Month! What does that mean or entail? It means we are checking in with our mind, body, and spirit. Where we are currently and where we would like to be. In most cases, it is important to assess mind and body, to better understand the spirit. Over the month, I will have a weekly post surrounding this theme! March will be a great month to reset and make new (or to adjust) intentions as we anticipate the arrival of spring. Spring is huge for growth and new beginnings so it's important that we take the time to set ourselves up for success!

Later this week, I will be encouraging you to do a few writing prompts in regards to your current mindset! The following week we will focus on analyzing the body and the spirit. In celebration of a new season (at the end of the month), we will then set some goals for you to accomplish for the season! Super easy and your trinity of mind, body, and soul will be grateful for the extra time and care! So keep an eye out and get ready!

Now what I want you to do in the meantime is start preparing! Go get yourself a nice journal and pen that inspires you to write. I will make sure to make the writing prompts a print out so you have access to them at all times! Get your favorite tea, a candle or diffuser if that's your thing, and maybe even a small plant to remind you of growth and abundance. Find a few different places where you can sit in peace for a few minutes a day without distractions and think. Get yourself and your environment ready!
