I can't believe it's October already! It came so fast and I'm sure the next few major holidays will follow just as quickly! As some of you may know, October is my daughter's birthday month so between her and my mother-in-law, it becomes a month long celebration. This year my daughter asked if we could celebrate Dia de los Muertos in remembrance of her sister so with the holiday in mind and the notion of the veil between the living and spiritual world being thinner, I decided to focus on a stone that helps with angel and spirit guide communication!

Angelite can be found in most crystal stores. It's also easy to find online and typically found in a tumbled stone. It can also be purchased in raw form but most stores don't carry it in this form. It can also be found in different shapes and is typically used for jewelry. Appearance: Light blue with hints of white and tan. It has a cloudy quartz appeal.

Care It is recommended that you do not put Angelite in water. It will ruin your stone. Angelite also scratches easily so keep it protected from harsh surfaces or other hard stones. Keep out of hot temperatures as it will create fractures in the stone. Clean with a dry soft towel.

If you believe that Halloween and Die de los Muertos are days where the veil between the physical and the spiritual world are thinner and allow for better communication with passed on love ones then Angelite is the stone for you for this month! This Halloween is also the next full moon (blue moon) which makes it 2 full moons in one month! There are some things happening this month so I plan on setting my stones out on the offend I am letting my daughter create and hoping for some love from ancestors!
