Crystal of the Month: May

Hello my Gem Ratz! Happy May! I hope that everyone is managing okay with the economy opening back up. If you need a keepsake to carry with you to help ease your worries then you clicked on the right link! We could all use a powerful ally to help us gain balance and peace of mind back. Which is why I chose this particular stone to help!

Amethyst

I remember being a kid and my grandmother explaining what birthstones were to me. She was especially proud of hers! She loved purple, so it was fitting that her birth month was February, the month for the beautiful purple stone, Amethyst!

Amethyst cut into a gems

Amethyst is a powerful stone that brings protection, healing, and spiritual awareness. It is the ultimate #goodvibesonly stone. It is known to protect from psychic attacks and the negativity of others. It can heal stress, mood swings, anxiety and restore balance.Amethyst has been known to cleanse the body (even through sobriety), stimulate focus and memory, relieve insomnia, and even aid in tissue regeneration. It has the power to enhance spiritual awareness, intuition, and psychic abilities. When used correctly, you will wonder how you ever went without it.

Care

Amethyst are pretty durable so they can handle moonlight & cool water. Abrupt temp changes have bee known to fracture Amethyst and I suggest keeping it out of steamy environments. Exposure to sunlight overtime may result in a fade of color. I try to keep my crystals separate from others to not scratch or damage them. Remember to always handle your stones with respect, love, and care!

As you can see, I have chosen to spend my quarantine reading when I can. I have been wanting to read Gabrielle Bernstein's Super Attractor since it hit the shelves so I am so glad I was able to finally read it! I officially finished it yesterday and was sad because I seem to stay focused and maintain a positive mindset when reading her books. As i go back through and write out all of my take aways, I intend to sip tea with my candle lit and my Amethyst in site so I can get all the feels and amplify my intentions!

I hope this help ease your anxiety and woes. Stay strong loves!

With Love,

Micole Elise
