My last post "The Power of Impression" gave way that I may be doing a more grownup, "you" focused version and here it is! It's the end of the year and I don't care about the whole New Years Resolution deal but I am always up for self improvement. As I am going through a change in my life with being pregnant again (9 months exactly) I am inspired to help others create positive change. I am currently working on a series of post that I hope will be of some use to you. I am trying to keep them short because as a millennial I know schedules get busy and attention spans get short. Especially with the holidays and a new year. So this is Part 1 of the "Better You" series! I created a free downloadable workbook that you can go through and write in. Like I said, I kept it short and to the point so you should be able to do this one in 10 minutes depending on how detailed you want to get!
