A for Effort

Let me be honest, I have been putting off doing a home post because I have not been very inspired to do one, pre-fall. So like any pro-blogger, I asked my 4 year old for her advice. She simply said, "you should talk about a house that you really like or want". Well done! Why didn't I think of that? I have recently been a little obsessed with the idea of having an A-frame house. I saw the photos on Instagram and found out that a company called Everywhere Co. was responsible for these jaw dropping "Ayfraym" cabins! They're modern, cozy, and come in a kit. A few years ago, I would have thought this was insane but with all the tiny house rage and people flocking to smaller spaces to live more fulfilling lives and save money made this seem relatively normal. The Ayfraym cabin is 1,574 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8) and 2 bathrooms. It has 3 walkout decks, vaulted ceilings, custom designed windows (42 to be exact), and an upper loft with a lookout.

Interested? Take the first step and order the construction plans. The plan can be purchased in digital form or printed with a digital copy. Once purchased, you have 3 options: Hire Everywhere Co. to build for you, Hire your own builder, or Build it yourself DIY style. There are pros and cons to each option. If you were to decide to hire Everywhere Co., they will take care of everything like land excavation, 30 year construction warranty, Air B&B privileges like marketing, a re-sell program, and the cabin will be built to exact specs. This option is stress free but may result in higher cost and you won't be able to modify the plans. All pros and cons are listed on the site Here.

Currently, they are only building Ayfraym homes in 15 states but they are planning on expanding. If you are looking for a permanent home, a vacation property, or an Air B&B investment that is unique, this is a great option! If you are a tiny home enthusiast, then they have options for those too, all of which can be viewed on their website! While I would love to have an Afraym cabin somewhere in the mountains or woods, I think for now I will settle for experiencing it through the Air B&B option. It's not my typical farm house (Joanna Gaines style) that I have wanted for several years now but, it is a good option B possibly! What do you think about the Ayfraym? Could it be home for you?

Keep an eye out on your inbox! Fall will be here in 2 weeks and I have so many fun things coming to celebrate!

With Love,

Micole Elise (and creative input from Miss Bailey)
