Today is National Sunglass Day (yes it's a real thing), and Summer is finally here! This has to be the easiest holiday to celebrate...and a great excuse for a new pair of sunglasses! Honestly, I am channeling my inner H.E.R! Her collection of eyewear is as good as her music. I recently discovered she did a collection collab with Diff Eyewear where she created 4 signature pairs of glasses based on her style aesthetic! Each pair runs about $85 which can be worth it for the nostalgia and quality but I personally collect sunglasses more than I actually wear them. That being said, I like buying cheap sunglasses because let's be honest, I'm not going to spend hundreds of dollars on a pair of Chanel or Pradas when I don't take good care of them. I love round lens glasses! Especially with a floppy hat! The look screams Boho but I love the small detail around the lens and this brown will be a perfect transition for Fall!

Aviators are still in style and preferred with a mirror or translucent appeal! Mauve tones are my fave so I love these! These would also look good on those baseball cap days. So my mom always gives me a hard time about loving animal print, so I as a result...I buy more lol. I love leopard print and snake print accessories. Most people consider tortoise shell an animal print but I wanted to throw in a bona fide print! These definitely call for a ponytail and minimal jewelry!

I guess these are more like rimless but I love the beveled look. I think these would look great with big curly hair or a bone straight look! A nude lip and a brow kit to complete the look!

Yes, the chain is coming back and in full force. I love this trend and think it would be fun to custom make some chains to interchange with different glasses. Some are wearing the chain in the back like the original look but most are now wearing them draping in the front and decked out in pearls or metal details!
