I can admit that I am a total dork for Avatar: The Last Air Bender. My whole family is. My daughter has even gotten my mom to pretend water bend with her. So when I am watching the show and see the below then I have to laugh because it is true.

Thus far, I have not really heard of any negative side effects. I plan on consulting with my doctor before I try it since I am pregnant but I don't see why it would be unsafe for me to drink given that I am relatively healthy! The fact that it helps increase blood count and circulation could in fact help with my anemia. So please consult with your doctor first and make sure you don't have any health issues that would be enhanced in a negative way by drinking this. So far the most popular form of chlorophyll is in drop form but it also comes in capsule form. Whichever you decide to get, the instructions on the bottle should tell you how much is safe to consume and how often. Most chlorophyll liquids come with a mint taste but if you need something to balance out the taste, try adding things like apple, lemon, lime, or cucumber. Try drinking it in the morning or after your daily slump at work. Also, be prepared to get a few stares when drinking! Is there anyone already drinking this and would you please share your thoughts about it?

Happy greening!

With Love,
